The physics of Micro Perforated Acoustic Panels is that sound waves react with the holes that are built at a microscopic level. When the sound waves reach the panel surface, they penetrate these micro holes and produce friction as they pass through air in these holes, and subsequently, these frictions are converted into sound energy. This is potentiated by an air cavity support to trap low-frequency sound waves.
